True North Clarity was founded by Karen Wootton, who brings more than thirty years of experience across marketing, communications, business development, and organizational leadership.
Karen has led Redwood Marketing & Communications since 2013 and served for five years as Executive Director of a local Chamber of Commerce — a vantage point that placed her alongside hundreds of business owners at every stage of growth. Over her career she has worked with organizations of every size, from nationally recognized names such as Kraft Canada, Labatt, Bell Canada, Ingram Micro, the Hudson’s Bay Company, SickKids, and the Canadian Cancer Society, to the many small and mid-sized businesses that remain the heart of her work.
Across all of it, she kept seeing the same pattern.
