Frequently Asked Questions

Clarity, Structure, and What to Expect

Choosing the right kind of support for your business matters.

The questions below are the ones we’re most often asked — and often the ones people are thinking before they reach out.

Who is this work best suited for?

True North Clarity is designed for business owners who:

  • Feel stuck, unclear, or stretched across too many directions
  • Know their business has potential but lacks focus
  • Are ready to step back, think strategically, and make decisions

This work is best suited for those who are open, engaged, and willing to act on what becomes clear.

How do I know which option is right for me?

There are three ways to work together:

  • Cohort — structured group experience with broader access
  • Lab — small group, deeper strategic work
  • Private (Strategic Clarity Intensive) — focused 1:1 engagement

If you’re unsure, the best next step is to start with a short application or conversation. From there, we can determine the right fit.

What makes this different from traditional marketing support?

This work begins before tactics.

Rather than jumping into execution, we focus on:

  • Strategic clarity
  • Positioning and direction
  • Decision-making confidence

From there, everything else becomes more focused, efficient, and effective.

Will this help me grow my business?

This work is designed to create clarity, structure, and direction — which are foundational to growth.

However, outcomes depend on:

  • Your implementation
  • Your business model
  • External market factors

We do not promise specific results, but we do create the conditions that make meaningful progress possible.

How much time will this require?

Time commitment varies by program:

  • Cohort — structured sessions with moderate time commitment
  • Lab — deeper engagement with more active participation
  • Private Intensive — focused weekly sessions over a defined period

We are mindful that you are running a business. The structure is designed to be meaningful without being overwhelming.

What happens after I complete a program?

Most clients leave with:

  • Clear direction
  • Refined positioning
  • Defined next steps

Some continue into further support or implementation, while others move forward independently with a stronger foundation.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of this work, fees are non-refundable once a program has begun.

This ensures commitment and protects the integrity of the experience for all participants.

Is this right if my business is still early-stage?

Yes — if you are serious about building with clarity from the start.

This work is particularly valuable when:

  • You want to avoid costly misalignment
  • You are shaping your offer or direction
  • You want to build intentionally rather than reactively

What if I’m already established?

This work is equally valuable for established businesses experiencing:

  • Strategic drift
  • Slowed momentum
  • Increasing complexity

Often, clarity becomes more important as a business grows.

What is expected of me as a participant?

This is a collaborative process.

You are expected to:

  • Show up prepared and engaged
  • Think critically about your business
  • Be open to new perspectives
  • Follow through on agreed next steps

What happens after I apply?

If you submit an application:

  • It will be reviewed
  • You may be invited to a conversation
  • We’ll determine fit and next steps together

Not every application is accepted — this is intentional.
